The credit union began its mortgage lending program in 2005. We offer first and second mortgages for both residential and mixed-use properties (such as a building with a storefront and apartments).

Members who are in the process of buying a home may come speak to a Loan Officer regarding pre-qualifications or the credit union’s mortgage rates. We will work hard to give members lower closing costs and lower interest rates than a mortgage from any other financial institution.

All mortgage loans are available either at fixed or variable rates, depending on the applicant's individual situation and preferences.
