• Parnership certificate issued by county where the partnership is doing business

To become a member of the credit union as an LLC, you will need to bring:

• Proof of address
• Articles of organization
• Resolution of Authority authorizing the opening of an account, signed by the members/managers who are authorized signers on the account
• Operating agreement -may or may not exist. This document should be reviewed to determine if an restrictions have been placed on a member or manager
• Photo ID
