Homebuyer Education Workshops

Brooklyn Cooperative Federal Credit Union offers group homebuyer education workshops coupled with individual counseling sessions. Participants who complete the homebuyer education workshop may be eligible for down payment and closing cost assistance. The Homebuyer Education workshops are offered monthly for a total of eight hours and provide factual, unbiased information to consumers about the process of purchasing a home. Topics include how to manage money and credit, how to obtain financing and how to shop for a home. Click here for the schedule of homebuyer workshops currently offered at the credit union.
